Snow Flakes, A Scavenger Hunt & Food Donations – Saturday on Purchase Street
Kids in grades K-5 have been making snowflakes (like the one above) that you will be able to see across downtown Rye this weekend as part of Winter Wonderland this Saturday, January 30th.
The homemade snowflakes will be displayed in Purchase Street area storefronts and kids can enjoy a snowflake scavenger hunt (download here), complete with snowflake cookie prizes from the Rye Country Store.
Also on Saturday, don’t forget to “Spread the Warmth!” by dropping off non-perishable food items at the Rye Fire Department (15 Locust Avenue), which will be donated to the Carver Center.
