Girls Varsity Volleyball Nets Harrison, Advances in Post Seaon

UPDATE: Due to Pelham has been removed from the quarterfinals due to a COVID exposure. Rye now advanced to the semifinals on Thursday.

Rye Girls Varsity Volleyball netted Harrison and will advance in post season play. Rye advanced in a 3-2 set win.

“Rye advances to the next round of playoff after a hard fought win over Harrison,” said Rye Girls Varsity Volleyball Coach Geri Jones. “Maddie Slattery led the offense with 23 assists. Mara Ball had 12 kills, 5 ace serves, and 9 digs. Isabel Hurley had 4 kills and 5 blocks. Xing-Wei Lee had 6 aces and 8 digs.”
