Rye Girls Varsity Volleyball MVP: Mara Ball

The Girls Varsity Volleyball MVP for the “Fall II” 2021 season is senior Mara Ball. Ball has played for three years.

“Mara is not just a talented volleyball player, she is so positive it is infectious,” said Rye Girls Varsity Volleyball Geri Jones. “This year’s team fought hard in every game and learned to never give up. Mara Ball was a large part of developing that kind of mentality. She is a role model for the younger players in both attitude, effort, and leadership. Mara gives her all every single day at practice and in games; there is no such thing as taking a day off for Mara.”
