Scott has held every position in the City of Rye Police Department. He was a first responder at the World Trade Center on 9/11/2001. Scott has many friends and associates in the Law Enforcement community throughout the country and has been a pleasure to have worked with.”
Craig began his career with Rye PD in May 1990 after graduating the Westchester County Police Academy and being named “TOP Cop” of the graduating class. He became Youth Officer/Detective in August 1999 and Detective General Investigations in October 2000. He further advanced to Sergeant in July 2001 and Lieutenant in July 2014.
“Scott is truly going to be missed his contributions to this Department over his 31 years are irreplaceable. I can never thank him enough for being my mentor the last 5 years, I will miss seeing him every day,” said Lieutenant Mike Anfuso.

His intelligence, integrity, decency, and yes, sense of humor will be missed. Fair winds and following seas to you, and Semper Fidelis.
