Girls Varsity Volleyball Gives All vs. Somers
Rye Girls Varsity Volleyball gave all versus Somers Monday but lost a hard fought battle. The Garnets lost 2-3 sets.
“A hard fought 5 game match ended in a loss for the Garnets,” said Rye Girls Varsity Volleyball Coach Geri Jones. “Defensively, Xing-Wei Lee had 9 digs followed by Nicole Dellicolli with 8. The offense was led by Nicole Dellicolli with 12 kills followed by Isabel Hurley with 10 kills. Dylan Deertz had 25 assists on the day.”
