Girls Varsity Soccer All Zeroes with Harrison
Rye Girls Varsity Soccer was all zeroes at Harrison on Saturday, ending in a 0-0 tie game.
“This was a very physical game with many scoring opportunities who had trouble finding the back of the net,” said Rye Girls Varsity Soccer Coach Rich Savage. “Bell Jackson made some key saves for Rye and Reilly Traynor made a diving save giving up her body to prevent Harrison from scoring. Maddy Walsh worked really hard for Rye hitting the crossbar and providing great crossed which Rye hit wide.”
The team’s record shifts to 8-1-2.
