Boys Varsity Hockey Washes Away Pearl River
Rye Boys Varsity Hockey washed away Pearl River Wednesday, taking the win at home 6-1.
“We dominated for the most part, dictating play,” said Rye Boys Varsity Hockey Coach Peter Thomas. “It was close until midway through the second period when we connected on two power play goals. Tommy Greenhaw stepped up with a natural hat trick to close out the game.”
Game highlights for Rye included:

- Reece Dorfman (2 goals, 1 assist).
- Lukas Elovaara (1 goal).
- Anabelle Thomas, Aidan Cunningham, Brian Curran, Henry Bagley, and Foster Richardson each had 1 assist.
- Anabelle Thomas stopped 14 of 15 shots for the win.
The team moves to a 3-0-1 record. Hockey plays Northeastern Clinton Central School on Saturday at 3pm at the Beekman Tournament.
