Rye Boys Varsity Hockey was iced by top ranked Pelham Wednesday night, in its first loss for the season, 0-7. Rye is ranked #4 and Pelham is ranked #1. For Pelham, it was the 500th career win for
“We didn’t compete tonight,” said Rye Boys Varsity Hockey Coach Peter Thomas. “Pelham dictated play from start to finish. We need to learn from our mistakes and move on.”
Anabelle Thomas made 37 saves and Patrick Myers added 4 saves in relief.
The team’s record shifts to 10-1-1. Varsity plays Rye Country Day School on Monday at 6pm.
