Boys Varsity Baseball in First Season Loss
Rye Boys Varsity Baseball encountered its first loss of the season on Friday, when Eastchester tripled the Garnets, winning 15-5.
“Hats off to the Eagles who came out ready to play and really took it to us,” said Rye Boys Varsity Baseball Coach Michael Bruno. “We tried to get our footing after falling behind – but just ended up playing catch up for the remainder of the game. Juliann Pasquale hit his first HR of the year a 2 run shot in the 5th. Freshman Jake Kessner had a 2 run single.”

The Garnet season moves to 14-1. Varsity travels to Eastchester for a rematch Tuesday at 4:45pm.
