Girls Varsity Softball Put in the Hutch by Eastchester
Rye Girls Varsity Softball was put in the hutch by Eastchester on Monday, falling 5-11 at home.
“We battled back after going down 4 to 0 in the 1st inning to tie the game 4 to 4 after 1 inning,” said Rye Girls Varsity Softball Coach Alex Tejera. “After that they just found all the holes and we couldn’t catch a break.”

The team’s season evens to 4-4. The Garnets play at Ursuline at 4:30pm Wednesday.
