Girls Varsity Golf Bites Huskies, Moves to 1st Place

Rye Girls Varsity Golf bit the Huskies on Tuesday 251 to 294, moving into first place in the league.

“Senior captain Hailey Ryan led the Garnets over the Huskies with a score of 43,” said Rye Girls Varsity Golf Coach Rich Savage. “Freshman Myla Bisceglia had her best round of the season with a score of 45. With this win Rye has moved into first place and has guaranteed at least a share of the league title.”

The season moves to 7-3. Wednesday’s match versus Ursuline will determine if Rye is the sole league champion or co-champions with Ursuline.
