Rye Girls Varsity Golf fell by a hair to Edgemont on Wednesday, with Edgemont taking the match 257 – 262.
“At Sunningdale Country Club, Rye lost a close match against Edgemont to split their home and away matches this season,” said Rye Girls Varsity Golf Coach Rich Savage. “Emily Hirsch was the medalist for Rye with a score of 49.”
The season is now 6-3. Rye will travel to Pelham on Monday for their next match.
