We have pollinating Rye’s Above butterflies, and we also have blooming TieTheTownPink ribbons. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and volunteers from Soul Ryeders were out in Saturday’s cold wet weather posting bright pink ribbons.
“This is the 9th year for TieTheTownPink and despite the rain, our volunteers are out there tie-ing our community together like crazy!,” said Lesley Findlay, director of operations for Soul Ryeders. “The $25 ribbon makes it possible to maintain our programs of support and comfort to our clients and their caregivers.”
