Boys Varsity Tennis Puts Foxlane Back to Bed(ford)
Rye Boys Varsity Tennis put Foxlane back to Bed(ford) empty handed. The Garnets outsmarted their opponents for a 6-1 win at home.
“The top three singles came away victorious,” said Rye Boys Varsity Tennis Coach Sue Dickson. “In the second singles match, Fox Lane retired. All three doubles teams gained more experience and had better second sets. They all came out victorious. It was our first home match and it was a wonderful victory. All matches were hard fought and the Foxes were great competition.”
The Garnets are now 2-0 for the season. Varsity is scheduled to visit Pelham on Wednesday, April 12th at 4:15pm.
