Boys Varsity Baseball & John Jay Play Scoreless Ball
Rye Boys Varsity Baseball and John Jay Cross River played scoreless ball for ten innings on Monday until the 0-0 tie was called due to darkness.
“In one of the best high school games you will see,” said Rye Boys Varsity Baseball Coach Mike Bruno. “Rye and John Jay played to a scoreless ties in 10 complete innings. Game was called do to darkness. Tyler Winderman was exceptional. 8 shut out innings- while giving up only 4 hits while striking out 8.”
