Girls Varsity Rugby Knocks Over the Wreckers

The Rye Girls Varsity Rugby team knocked over the Staples High School Wreckers in Westport on Thursday 14 – 5.

“Excellent play by Rye; defense was on point today,” said Rye Girls Varsity Rugby Coach Geri Jones. “Molly Kennedy scored both tries and extra kicks for the Garnets.”

The team record stands 5 – 2 after the game.
