Osborn Scare Fair is on Saturday, October 28th

Get ready goblins and ghouls, as the Osborn annual “Scare Fair” Halloween Carnival returns on Saturday, October 28 on the grounds of the Osborn Elementary School. There will be endless games and food choices for everyone in the family. The fair is 10:00am – 3:00pm held both indoors and outdoors, rain or shine.

Guests can also sample an array of authentic Japanese cuisine including Japanese fried chicken, candies and soda at the Japanese PTO booth.
