At approximately 10:20pm on Wednesday, officers responded to Forest Avenue in the area of Beck Avenue for a property damage accident. An investigation determined Greenspan was operating a 2023 Rivian when he lost control of the vehicle driving off the roadway striking a residence.

Officers administered SFST (Standardized Field Sobriety Testing)’s which Greenspan failed. He was arrested and transported to Rye Police Headquarters where he provided a breath sample of .11% BAC. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Rye Court for a later date in December.

Rye PD reminds you that booking charges are merely accusations and the defendant(s) are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
