A 28 year old man was arrested for DWI by the Rye PD in the early evening hours on Saturday.

At about 6:24pm on Saturday, December 30th, Rye officers responded to the report of an erratic driver in a 2017 Honda CRV on Midland Avenue in the area of the Exit 21 ramp off I-95 South. The driver was identified as Henry Naula-Vizhco, 28, of Port Chester.

Naula-Vizhco was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to Rye Police headquarters for processing, where he recorded a 0.23% BAC. Naula-Vizhco was issued tickets returnable to the Rye City Court on January 16, 2024, and was released to a sober third party. Rye PD reminds you that booking charges are merely accusations and the defendant(s) are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
