Nick Kroll, born on June 5, 1978, in Rye, New York, is a renowned American actor, comedian, writer, and producer. He is the youngest child of Lynn and Jules Kroll, with his father being a billionaire businessman who founded the corporate investigations and risk consulting firm Kroll Inc. Growing up in a Conservative Jewish family, Kroll attended the Solomon Schechter School of Westchester and later Rye Country Day School, highlighting his strong connection to Rye, New York.

Kroll’s early career involved writing for Comedy Central’s “Chappelle’s Show” and MTV’s “Human Giant.” He gained popularity through his stand-up comedy and performances at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. In 2011, Comedy Central aired his stand-up special “Thank You Very Cool.”

A significant achievement in Kroll’s career was co-creating, writing, and starring in “Big Mouth,” an animated television show on Netflix, launched in 2017.
