Girls Varsity Softball Hunted by the Wolves of JJCR
Rye Girls Varsity Softball was hunted by the Wolves of John Jay Cross River on Tuesday, losing the home game 3 – 10.
“We made too many mistakes today and they were able to take advantage,” said Rye Girls Varsity Softball Coach Alex Tejera. “It was a great pitching effort by Freshman Penelope Gilmore, who recorded her 100th career strikeout during the game.”
