Garnets Volleyball Back in the Win Column After Victory Over Eastchester
Rye Varsity Volleyball picked up a road victory on Monday, taking down Eastchester in four sets, 25-13, 25-18, 23-25, 25-17. The Garnets dominated three of the four sets en route to their fifth victory of the fall.
The offense funneled through Ashley Dehmer as per usual, as the senior led the offense with 42 assists. Erin Ball led Rye with 12 kills, while also adding 3 blocks and 2 aces from the service line. Anna Nolasco came within a few points of a double-double with 9 kills and 9 digs. Emma Lunstead had 12 digs to lead the team. Behind Ball, Olivia Lewis and Sally Moerschen had 8 and 6 kills, respectively.
