What’s your day job?
Wolfe: I am the president of east coast operations and a founder of Evolution Physical Therapy, specializing in injury prevention, rehabilitation, performance, and wellness. I also lead multiple clinics in Connecticut and Long Island, focusing on bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance with a client-first approach.
Give us the gist of your Tuesdays at 10 talk:
Wolfe: Attendees will hear about my journey in physical therapy, how I’ve worked with athletes in professional sports, and how the principles of professional-level care can be applied to everyday life to improve health, mobility, and longevity.

Wolfe: It’s about expanding the reach of Evolution Physical Therapy to transform more lives while maintaining a balance between professional growth and personal fulfillment.

Wolfe: I’ve built a career centered on helping people achieve their health and fitness goals, drawing from my experiences as a physical therapist in professional sports. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College and became a certified orthopedic clinical specialist. Over the years, I’ve led clinics that focus on innovative methods of rehabilitation and performance. My goal is always to provide world-class care, whether for elite athletes or the everyday individual.
Best professional advice you dispense:
Wolfe: Always prioritize quality over quantity in your work, and build relationships with your clients by genuinely listening to their needs. Success comes from being consistent, curious, and adaptable.
Best personal advice you dispense:
Wolfe: Stay active, prioritize meaningful relationships, and don’t forget to take time to care for yourself, mentally and physically. Longevity and happiness stem from balance and consistency.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why, and who would you take with you?
Wolfe: I would love to visit France and Italy for its blend of history, innovation, and incredible food. I’d bring my family to share the experience of exploring the culture and cuisine together.

Wolfe: I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active through strength training and outdoor sports, and exploring new places. I also love reading about health, wellness, and personal development.
