Rye Squash completed their 2024-25 regular season with a bang on Monday, February 10, defeating Bronxville 5-2 for their seventh consecutive victory. The Garnets are sizzling heading into nationals with one of their best seasons in recent memory, including ten wins and a FairWest League title.

“The team ended the season on a high note and earned first place in the FairWest League for the first time in more than 15 years,” Head Coach Quan Hyunh said after the match. “We will be traveling to Philadelphia next week for nationals and are feeling good about the team’s prospects.”

Three players won their matches in clean sweeps to close out the regular year. Charlie Rodilosso (#1), Andrew Chun (#2), and Philip Nemeth (#6) dominated their matchups, while Harry Ellis (#5) picked up a win in four games. The additional win was by default.

Rye (10-3) heads to nationals in Philadelphia for a 3-day tournament from Friday, February 21 to Sunday, February 23. They will look to keep the good times rolling over that weekend, with plenty of practice team between now and then.
