The City of Rye Police Department arrested a Harrison man in relation to a domestic incident. Jaime D. De La Rosa, age 34, of Harrison was arrested by Rye PD on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, following an incident that occurred on Sunday, July 26, 2026. He was on charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation. According to authorities, he has no known prior arrests.
Due to the arrest steming from a domestic incident, Rye police said no further information will be released at this time. Rye PD reminds you that all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
