Robert Randolph and The Family Band will be the main attraction at the Rye Youth Council’s Second Annual Benefit Concert on November 18 at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester. The funk and soul band’s sound is reminiscent of 1970s bands such as Earth, Wind & Fire and Sly & the Family Stone. Rolling Stone magazine has included lead steel guitarist Robert Randolph on their list of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time.
Tickets are now on sale at different sponsorship levels. The Marquee Sponsorship level includes the opportunity for a private meet and greet with the band before the show; other sponsorship levels include VIP seating as well as prominent recognition in the event program, all other benefit promotions, and on the RYC website.
