Two promotions at the Rye PD:
“It gives me great pleasure to announce that Officer Jason Washco and Officer Edward Balls will be promoted to the rank of Sergeant,” said Rye Police Commissioner Michael C. Corcoran, Jr. There will be a private ceremony Friday for family, local officials and other invited guests.
