St. Regis Residences, Rye Development Appoints General Manager

The St. Regis Residences, Rye, the $100 million dollar development being built on the Playland Access Drive just off I-95 Exit 19, has announced the appointment of Julie Oliff as General Manager.

Oliff brings to her new position more than 13 years of leadership experience at prestigious luxury resorts. She most recently served as Director of Operations for The St Regis Residence Club in Aspen, Colorado, where her responsibilities included managing 25 residences, more than 250 owners, HOA management and Board relations. Her career also spans roles in spa, recreation and leisure programming. She has held positions as Spa Director of Remède Spa at The St Regis Aspen, rated the number one spa in the world by Travel + Leisure; Recreation Director at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residence Club in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands; Spa Director at The Ritz-Carlton Club in Aspen Highlands, Aspen; and Spa Manager at The Spa at The Broadmoor, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Oliff has an international upbringing, growing up in Lausanne, Switzerland, and attending the University of St Andrews in the United Kingdom.

The St. Regis Residences, Rye will be the world’s first St. Regis Residences property to operate without a hotel. Situated on seven acres, The St. Regis Residences, Rye offers one- to four-bedroom residences in five inter-connected buildings. Under Oliff’s experienced leadership and guidance, residents of The St. Regis Residences, Rye will experience bespoke services provided by a Marriott International-trained St. Regis staff seeing to every detail. These services include the signature St. Regis butler service, a 24-hour concierge, full-time property management, valet parking, package and mail delivery, and doorman and porter services.

Residences are priced from $1,065,000. At least one resident per home must be over the age of 55. Occupancy of the first residences is expected in late 2020.
