Modified Services, Rye City Offices Closed Friday for July 4th Holiday

Please note that all City Offices will be closed Friday, July 3 in observance of the July 4th Holiday. There is also a change in the regular Sanitation and Recycling schedule as follows:

  • Sanitation and Recycling pickup normally performed on Thursday will take place on Wednesday this week. 
  • Sanitation and Recycling pickup normally perfomed on Friday will take place on Thursday this week. 
  • Additionally, there will be no greenwaste, metal, or electronics pickup this week. 

Ex.: If your garbage normally gets picked up on Thursday please put it out on Wednesday for pickup. If your garbage normally gets picked up on Friday please put it out on Thursday for pickup. There will be no greenwaste, metal, or electronics pickup this week.
