Boys Varsity Hockey fell to Scarsdale Wednesday at an away game after winning against the same team a day prior. The final score was 3-9.

“We were simply outworked in every aspect of the game today,” said Boys Varsity Hockey Coach Peter Thomas. “We were riding a little too high after beating Scarsdale the night before and they came out hungrier than us today. We need to file it away and move on.”

Rye’s goals came from Peter Angelastro, Drew DellaSalla, and Trace Sculti while Anabelle Thomas made 38 saves in the loss before being replaced in the net by Sean O’Donnell who registered his first varsity action, recording 2 saves.

The Garnet season moved to 3-5.
