COVID Cases at Rye Schools
The school district reported COVID cases at Rye High on Tuesday and at Milton Elementry this past Sunday.

Dear Rye High School Families, Faculty, and Staff,
The District was informed today of an individual at Rye High School who has tested positive for COVID-19. The individual is currently in quarantine and was last in school on Monday, October 4. Due to federal health privacy laws, additional information about the individual cannot be released. There are no additional quarantines required based on this case.
Please be assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to keep the Rye High School community safe.
Just as a reminder, as per the Department of Health, wearing well-fitted masks properly and being fully vaccinated prevents quarantines of individuals unless they are showing symptoms.
