Spring Cleaning: Weaving Workshop at The Rye Arts Center
Saturday, March 9th
1:00pm – 2:00pm for ages 6-8
2:00pm – 3:00pm for ages 9-12
Put those piles of outgrown and out of season clothing to good use! In this workshop, participants will use recycled fabrics brought from home to learn the basics of loom weaving and create a unique piece of art. Shirts, dresses, and even old pillow cases can all be transformed in this exciting and eco-friendly workshop.
