We've narrowed the color selection down to four siding colors (from left to right): Soft Green, Khaki Brown, Cobble Stone, Light Mist). You can also take a quiz to find what siding color fits your personality.
In considering green design, a focus was to choose quality materials that will last. We chose James Hardie Siding for the MyRye.com house. It is made from wood pulp, cement, sand and water and is known for its durability. Color is applied at the factory (no painting and no painting bills) and it comes with a 15-year finish warranty (in addition to being green, another main objective is to reduce all future "honey-do" lists).
Later this week we have some fun pictures and videos to share from the first days of construction including demolition work the the first concrete pour for our new rear addition. Stay tuned!

Voting for cobblestone as well. I know you are doing a white trim so if you want contrast – my second choice would be soft green.
But you can accent with a black outdoor light, black railing,lampost and dark plantings if you go with a cobblestone. Just something to keep in mind.
