Dr. Shine and business official Kathleen Ryan presented details of the Superintendent's Recommended Budget to the Board. In it, the projected budget-to-budget increase is 1.32% over the current year's budget. While there are some projected layoffs, the goal of the budget is to maintain the educational program, support the District's Goals and Priorities, and keep budget cuts as far away from students as possible.
