The Rye vs Harrison Football game is just six days away. The contest is one of the biggest events of the year for both schools. If readers are planning to attend the game, they should know the following details:

The game features Rye vs Harrison in varsity football on Saturday, October 17. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:30pm at Nugent Stadium. Doors to the stadium open at 12pm noon ET.

Rye enters the matchup following a 42-14 win over Nyack. The Garnets are 4-2. Harrison is 5-1 after a 29-18 win over Eastchester last night.

Rye PD released a public statement with key parking and other traffic information. Residents and visitors should expect heavier traffic than normal between 11:00am and 5:00pm on Saturday.

The Snow Lot right across Boston Post Road from the stadium is closed to the public starting at 11:00pm on Friday, October 16 and will remain closed through Saturday until more than 90 minutes after the final play of the football game. Vehicles left in the lot will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Public parking is available around Rye High School, at Midland, and at Osborn, subject to posted regulations and availability. The Rye High Science Wing parking lot and Rye Middle School Parking lot are both closed to the public on Saturday.
