April 6 @ 8:30 am - 10:00 am

Central Westchester Audubon Society beginner bird walks are casual and meant to be fun. Join regardless of your skill level. Most walks go for about an hour, maybe a bit longer or shorter depending on conditions.

Chris is in a silver pick-up truck and Lisa a small red SUV. Please look for us BEFORE the gate to Read.

We start at 8:30 AM. We will walk on Sunday, April 6th at Read

CANCELLATIONS WILL BE POSTED ON Central Westchester Audubon Society’s FACEBOOK PAGE NO LATER THAN 6:30AM THE DAY OF THE WALK

Please remember, the Playland parking lot is used to stage emergency utility trucks. If we are walking but the area is closed due to their vehicles, please look for us up at the front, on the entrance road next to the pool. Please look for us! Several of you drove right by me for the January walk…it was sort of funny but please, if the gates are closed, just look for us!

The Ospreys are back, Pine Warblers are in the area, Tufted Titmice have switched over to their Spring call notes…its getting to be pretty exciting out there.
