Better with Age: Navigating Midlife and Beyond

What happens after menopause — when the turbulence settles and something new begins?
Join us for an engaging, honest, and surprisingly uplifting salon-style conversation exploring post-menopause as a time of clarity, creativity, and possibility. This evening looks beyond the transition itself to what comes next: renewed energy, purpose, and the confidence to shape what truly lights you up.
Guided by Fiona Jalinoos, the conversation brings together insights on health and policy, the midlife career pivot, and the cultural reframe of aging — all grounded in lived experience, humor, and hope. The evening also includes gentle chair yoga and time to connect in community. Open to all ages and all who are curious about midlife, longevity, and what it means to grow forward — together. This event is open to all ages and genders who are curious to learn, reflect, and engage. Come for the conversation, stay for the community, and leave inspired by the possibilities of midlife.
