Mindfulness & Breathwork Workshop for Adults (14+)

This three-session program provides practical tools to harness your own positive energy. Research on mindfulness has identified these benefits: a reduction in rumination and stress, boosts to working memory, increases in focus, less emotional reactivity, more cognitive flexibility, more relationship satisfaction, and enhanced self-insight, morality, and intuition.
This workshops is for people ages 14 and up.
