Please join me at the Knapp House for an outdoor Mindful Meditation with Jackie Frederick-Berner.

We can always count on nature to bring us back to that calm, quiet place inside ourselves. Especially when we take our meditation seat outdoors. Join me Tuesday for in-person, socially distant, outdoor meditation!

Please wear a mask and bring something to sit on: either a lawn/beach chair or a towel/blanket and a cushion.
