Rye Troop 2 Veneration for Veterans

Calling all community members ages 8-99 !! Please join Rye Troop 2 and myself on May 17th for a very meaningful Eagle Scout Project. Since last year, I have been researching and locating the placement of every veteran buried at Greenwood Union Cemetery, here in Rye.
I need 200 volunteers to join me in placing new flags on each one of the graves I have identified as being a veteran. All flags will be provided. You will be sent out in teams of three. You may sign up as a single or you can sign up as a team. If you sign up as a team, choose “quantity 3” when signing up. If you are signing up as a team of three, at least one member of your team must be 14 or older.
This is a very easy but meaningful way that we can all honor those who have served our country. I hope you can all join me at this very special event. Service hours and refreshments will be provided.
