Soul Pause: Yoga, sound, and stillness for the heart and mind

February 22 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
$40 – $50

Soul Pause is a 90-minute experience created to soften the nervous system, realign the body, and reconnect you with yourself — while gently shooing away the Sunday Scaries before they have a chance to settle in. Through a nourishing interplay of yoga, live sound, and intentional stillness, this immersive offering invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and arrive fully in the present moment. Movement and sound weave together — sometimes distinct, sometimes combined — creating a spacious, grounding rhythm that supports rest, release, and renewal.

Think of this as a weekly exhale: a pause before the pace picks up again. A place to reset your nervous system, quiet the mind, and step into the week ahead feeling steadier, clearer, and more at ease. Expect a soulful, grounding experience that leaves you feeling restored, supported, and gently fortified for whatever comes next.
