Yoga for Pelvic Balance
We are delighted to offer this special workshop with Wainwright House teacher Iekelien, who has been invited to present this work at a Yoga Teacher Conference in the Netherlands this May.
Many of us have heard of the pelvic floor, but few truly understand how it functions—or how deeply it influences posture, breath, core stability, and patterns of tension held in the body.
In this thoughtful and informative workshop, Iekelien guides you through a practical exploration of pelvic balance using mindful movement, breathwork, and yoga-based techniques. With clarity and care, she helps uncover where the body may be holding, overworking, or lacking support—and how to restore a more natural sense of ease and integration.
This is not a traditional yoga class, but a blend of education and embodied practice. Expect a gentle yet effective experience that brings awareness to the deeper layers of the body, offering both insight and simple tools you can carry into daily life.
Especially supportive for those experiencing lower back discomfort, hip tightness, core instability, or postpartum changes, this workshop is open to all levels.
