Zoom Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation Workshop

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until February 11, 2021
Mindfulness activities are a simple, enjoyable way for young children and older students to learn tools and techniques to increase focus, settle restless thoughts and relax the body. When practiced regularly, mindfulness is proven to transform our brains in a way that helps children perform better in school and develop coping skills necessary to navigate the challenges of growing up.
Please join to our 6 weeks sessions by Jennifer Monness who has amazing professional experiences. $200 for 6 sessions included child’s family members.
