Rye Off The Record: A-Rod and Kate Hudson Lunch at Ruby’s

Alex A-Rod Rodriguez, who had a 15th inning walk off home run in last Friday night's Yankee game against Boston, walked in to Rye restaurant Ruby's with girlfriend Kate Hudson, according to MyRye.com sources.

A-Rod had lunch at Ruby's with Hudson on Monday. Ruby's, on Purchase Street, is just a short drive from A-Rod's pad on Milton Point. The real estate agent who rented A-Rod his pad in Rye better watch out.

According to the Daily News, A-Rod met his current love interest via Adam Modlin, a top real estate agent in Manhattan. One source told the News: "If Alex and Kate get married, at least they'll know exactly who to call to find a place to live."

What do you know about Monday's lunch and A-Rod's real estate plans? Leave a comment below or contact us.

  1. The “Kid from Brooklyn” is a Paid screaming mudslinger.
Pure garbage which is very much in line with your tactics RAY.

Are you crapping in your bowl again and leaving it unflushed.

I thought you would be quiet about sewerage since you violated the rules yourself..or you lied

oh dear me..Flush and swat the pest

  2. Again, after today’s city meeting, there were two Jackasses in the room. Tartaglione and his hired theatrical figure Jack A. There were also two other pieces of crap in the room, Tartaglione and his hired turd Floatie.

Good thing our good mayor and yourself made all viewers, voters and citizens know what a piece of crap jackass you truly are Ray!

Go back and hassle Dobbs Ferry Ray at least you got money out of them!

  3. Chris (Polluter) Henn,
I am happy to see you are watching the City council meetings. Hope you witnessed the Mayor getting shot down when he tried to pass “Floatie’s law”. Did that send the message out that Otis and Mr. Plunkett are losing their creditability and steam? If you enjoyed watching that maybe you can watch this also.

  4. I have watched enough of your bullsh-t Ray. All that is clear is that you are a general annoyance that seeks attention for himself. I don’t live on Hen Island and if it was up to me I would shut the whole thing down along with your mouth.

If Otis wins in November clearly showing that your issue is moot, do you go away then?

  5. U Clowns really need to get a life and while ur @ it mayb u could find a job and move on! For a bunch of Ray hatn AHOLES u sure seem to luv interactn with him!
C.H., If Otis is re-elected we all need to go away, far, far away!!
ONE MORE TERM WITH THIS GUY AS MAYOR AND THIS CITY IS ******!!!!

  6. Here is the bottom line as far as this writer is concerned. Ray, HTH, Jack A, Floatie are all trying to apply land-based codes to a unique situation the likes of which are nowhere to be found in the area. What is needed is a separate set of codes that govern a place like Hen Island. Trying to place the island under land-based codes is he old square peg in a round hole routine.
BTW. To Jack A, HTH, Ray and Floatie. I’m still waiting for a response to my septic and leach field questions. If no answer is forthcoming, one must assume that Mr. Tartaglione lied when he posted that he installed septic fields “as required by design”.

  7. VOR,
“A separate set of codes that govern a place like Hen Island” would still not allow you to pollute the Long Island Sound. Get real my polluting friend!!!

Otis was showing large drippings of egg on the face last night. He was so hot; I thought you could fry an egg on his little head after his escapades with the parking ordinance was shot down. He is getting desperate and like the Hen Islanders vandalizing the Floatiemobile and my home, desperate people do desperate things. The mayor and Mr. Plunkett’s attempt to rid Rye of the Floatiemobile was just another desperate attempt to enact a law directed at me to stop the embarrassment and attention being brought by HEALtheHARBOR.com that exposes a mayor for non enforcement of environmental laws. Here again is the quote from Robert F. Kennedy Jr. taken from our home page that addresses the likes of Mayor Otis and commissioner Meyerson.

”Around the world, water supplies face relentless threats from industrial waste, agricultural pollution and poor sewage treatment. The battle to protect water purity must be fought not just by national governments but also in every town and village on the planet.

Even in the U.S., which has some of the toughest environmental laws, safeguarding rivers and reservoirs is a constant struggle. While many companies obey the rules, others still try to use waterways as dumpsites. American environmental-enforcement officials have been bombed, shot, run over and sued while trying to perform their duties.

But the most demoralizing blows invariably come from their employers: the Governor or commissioner who wants to shield a political contributor or recruit polluters to the state by shutting down environmental enforcement.”
    —-
“Environmental injustice is morally equivalent to any other form of racism — it has immediate health impacts and in the longer-term destroys the cultures and vitality of our highest risk communities. Above all else, pollution is a human rights violation. We need to make sure that our laws, our enforcement and all of our institutions recognize, understand and eliminate environmental racism.
The solution to environmental racism remains the same: Better, stronger, environmental enforcement that protects every community and every citizen from pollution.”
    — Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

  8. Long winded reply from Ray..
Has not answered the question about his own septic tank. We know that it is a lie or he violated the law by not getting permits or approval from either the Health dept or the city of Rye.Hypocrite, liar, smear monger, land grabber, PEST.
    Swat best
    Flush is best

  9. Ray –
    A few things.
    1) I’m not a resident of Hen Island
    2) I’m not polluting anything
    3) I’m most assuredly NOT your friend
Now on to the crux of the matter.
    ANSWER THE QUESTION(S) !!!
Did you install septic fields (“as required by design”) ?
    Where are they?
    Who installed them ?
I fear that you can’t answer ANY of these because your statement that you installed septic fields is patently false. If the above is true then all you say is called into question.
Like I said before, I’m calling you out on this one. Where are the septic and leach fields and please no obfuscation.

  10. The question is answered..Ray has violated the law by putting in and extension to his septic system..or he is a liar.

    You have no credibility
Up until this point you have been a harmfull pest. now you are just a pest.
    Hush pest Hush.
    Flush pest Flush.

  11. Linus –

I think what we would like to see is pressure on Mr. Tartaglione to either confirm or deny his statements with respect to his own sewage system. I tend to doubt he has the wherewithall to do either.

  12. You guys surely have it right; I have probably one of the only homes on Hen Island with septic fields out of thirty four and I am the one polluting the sound. Ray Tartaglione

If you have septic fields, you installed them ILLEGALLY. Expansion of a septic system including addition of septic fields requires Westchester County DOH permits. Performing that work in a wetland buffer requires wetland permits. You obtained neither and expanded your system illegally or are lying about expanding your system.

Septic fields or not, you cannot prove that your house doesn’t pollute the Sound.

The houses on Hen Island that have composting toilets are proven to be non-polluting, yours is not.

If you are truly the “great environmentalist”, how come you haven’t installed a composting toilet?

  13. Hey Ray –

You STILL have not answered my questions.
    1) WHERE are the septic fields ?
    2) Who installed them ?
    3) Who pumps the septic tank and what is done with the waste?
BTW, no one ever said that your seweage system is polluting the harbor. I guess they guilty flee when no one pursues.
