Dear Rye High School Families, Faculty, and Staff,

The District was informed today of two individuals at Rye High School who have tested positive for COVID-19. The individuals are currently in quarantine and were last at the school on Friday, February 26, and Monday, March 1. Due to federal health privacy laws, additional information about the individuals cannot be released. There is no need for any additional school-related contact tracing or quarantining associated with these cases.

Please be assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to keep the Rye High School community safe.

Sincerely,

Eric Byrne, Ed.D.

Superintendent of Schools
