Rye Girls Varsity Swimming & Diving lapped the preliminaries Monday evening on the way to finals competition. The team entered the prelims with a 3-5 record.
“Junior Lente Geelen was our highest finisher in prelims last night,” said Rye Girls Varsity Swimming & Diving Coach Kelly Johanson. “She’s seated 4th in the 50 free and 3rd in the 100 free for finals.”

Julie Tiedemann – 13th- Julie was able to drop 7 seconds from her entry time and dropped 11 places to make finals

Ellie Mackle – 15th- Ellie also dropped 7 seconds from her entry time
