Rye Girls Varsity Field Hockey clawed the RedHawks of Nyack to win 7 – 0 at Nugent Stadium on Saturday.
“The girls played well today,” said Rye Girls Varsity Field Hockey Coach Kelly Vegliante. “It is nice to see us finally hitting our stride as we enter into playoffs. It was hard to get into a grove with the field flooding, practices canceled, games moved from home to away. Hopefully the craziness has settled and we can just play some good hockey.”
