Boys Varsity Hockey Disarms the Raiders of Scarsdale
Rye Boys Varsity Hockey disarmed the Raiders of Scarsdale on Wednesday, polishing a 5 – 2 win on home ice. It was the first win of the season for the Garnets.
“We set the tone early and really dictated pace,” said Rye Boys Varsity Hockey Coach Peter Thomas. “Our guys had a lot of jump tonight and it showed.”

- Jamie Showers from Ryan Draddy and Sean Draddy
Goaltending:
- Owen Fitzgibbons stopped 23 of 25 shots to earn his 1st Varsity win
The team is now 1 – 2 for the season. Varsity hosts Pelham on Friday at 7:55pm.
