The Rye City School District has settled with Osborn teacher Gail Topol. Topol was one of four teachers facing allegations of testing improprieties.

As many in the community are aware, last spring the District learned of certain allegations of testing improprieties involving certain teachers, including Gail Topol. The Board of Education and Ms. Topol are pleased to announce that the parties have reached an amicable resolution to this matter and Ms. Topol is returning to teaching. The parties have also agreed to refrain from commenting upon this matter any further.
