At Midland, An Olympic Geographer
Cameron Goddard, a 5th grader at Midland Elementary School,is an olympic geographer.

Goddard advanced to the New York State semifinalist group of the Geographic Bee semifinals after winning the Midland competition and then taking a qualifying test. The top 100 students in New York advanced to the semifinals.
Finalists from New York State face off in Albany on April 4, 2014. The winner there heads to National Geographic HQ in Washington DC in May to battle for the gold.
